Social Stamping Out Of The Box

Hi everybody and welcome to the penultimate Social Stamping blog host organised by the amazing Kelly Kent.

The theme for this week is “Out Of The Box” and what a challenge Kelly presented us with.  My interpretation was to literally go with something “out of the box” and this is what I came up with.

At the end of last week I received my goodies from the new Annual Catalogue and all the products for this card came out of my SU box.

All the colours I have used today are from the new 2020-2022 In Colours. I really like this palette of colours and I am looking forward to using them quite a lot.

The card base is Just Jade on to which I have added a Whisper White matt which was embossed with the new Tasteful Textile 3D embossing Folder, this folder provides an elegant texture which lifts thecard. The triangles have been stamped and die cut with the new The Right Triangle bundle, as soon as I saw this bundle I knew I had to have it, the stamp uses Misty Moonlight and the larger triangle is Bumble Bee. To give the card a pop I added a strip of the new In Colour DSP. The sentiment is from the new stamp set Lovely You, I versamark Ed the stamp then used Misty Moonlight ink and clear heat embossed.

  1. There’s nothing better than a BBB (big brown box) and the glee of making something using all new products! Those stitched triangles are awesome – I love how you’ve arranged them! Kelly x
