Paper Adventures Team Blog Hop – Pootles

Paper Adventures Header

Hello and welcome to the Paper Adventures March Team blog hop and Sam Hammond who is our guest designer from the UK.  Sam has a wonderful blog page called Pootles. I get a lot of inspiration from Sam as her 3D projects are amazing. Coincidentally the theme for this month is “Pootles”, Sam has already provided her project and our challenge is to use any element of her card in any design to come up with our own interpretation. This is the design that we have to CASE.

My favourite projects at the moment is 3D designs so I decided to make two seperate designs of a Diagonal Fold card and also a Drop Folded treat box which I CASE’d from Pootles.

The first one is a landscape design was made using the DSP and stamp set that Sam used on her card. The DSP is from the beautiful Best Dressed suite and the stamp set is Witty-Cisms, both of these products are available in the January – June 2020 mini catalogue.

My second card is very similar to my first one but made as a portrait one. For this one I used the DSP and the stamp set from the Best Dressed suite, both of these cards are Diagonal Fold ones but look completely different when the orientation and stamps are used.

As Sam Hammond is our guest designer and the theme is “Pootles” I decided to CASE one of her projects and decided on the Drop Folded treat box using the DSP from her project, this is a fun little box which can be filled with all sorts of little treats.

If this is your first stop on the blog thank you for stopping by and allowing me to share my projects with you, if you have arrived here from Lisa I know you will already have seen her amazing work. Next on the blog is Narelle, you are in for a treat when you see what Narelle has in store for you.
